ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Restoration Professionals is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager for the Contents Department including commercial and residential jobs. This is a full-time position with required on-call rotation, including night and weekend hours, based out of our St. Paul office; however travel throughout the Metro area is required.
Job responsibilities include settling claims, creating bids, invoicing, managing budgets and job costs, coordinating sub-contractors, leading and directing all workers on job sites, scheduling jobs, and managing inventory.
Estimating and/or Project Management experience in fire, water, and mold cleaning of personal property is required. Must be professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, possess a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Qualified candidate must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of estimating and/or project management experience in contents cleaning, restoration or related industry. Intermediate computer skills, experience reading/creating job scopes and using estimating software applications is highly desired.
Fire/Water IICRC Remediation Certification and Forklift operation/certification is required; however training may be available to suitable candidate.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
