RestPro Proudly Supports the Burn Center at Regions Hospital

The 13th annual Burn Aid Golf Classic was held at the beautiful North Oaks Golf Club this year. Over the last twelve years the golf tournament alone has raised over $580,000 to help improve the Burn Center at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. 

This money has been used specifically to help renovate and improve the hydrotherapy rooms in the burn center. The hydrotherapy tubs are used to clean wounds and burns. Hydraulic lifts allow different areas of the body to be washed at different times so that bacteria does not wash over open wounds and cause infection. “The rooms are now more versatile and efficient,” said William Mohr, M.D., director of the Burn Center. “This makes things easier on the caregivers and really makes the rooms more patient-friendly.”

The BurnAid Golf Classis is co-hosted by the National Fire Sprinkler Association, MN Chapter and Regions Hospital Foundation in Conjunction with the State Fire Marshal Division.

At Restoration Professionals we are honored to join these hosts and participate in this event. We have seen first hand how fire damage affects people and their property. We believe it is important to be involved in our community and help those that help others.
