RestPro Takes Two at the 14th Annual MADACS Awards

Restoration Professionals was shining at the 14th Annual MADACS (Multi Housing Achievement in Design,  Advertising and Community Support) Awards Ceremony as we proudly walked away with two awards!

The first award Restoration Professionals won was for Best Print Brochure. As with most categories, this one was loaded with eight nominations including competing restoration companies and management companies. We had nine RestPro team members at the event (not including our guests) and we all stepped on stage to proudly receive the award.

The next award we won was for best Website.  Winning this category was no easy task. There were five contesting businesses in this category including three very large national companies. It was truly “David versus Goliath” and the RestPro team was ecstatic once again to run on stage and receive the honors.

To make this evening even more exciting - there were more awards won at the RestPro tables. One of our guest management companies, Park Avenue of Wayzata walked away with two awards. Park Avenue of Wayzata won the Floor plan: 3 Bedroom Apartment/Townhome award and the Maintenance: Roving Team category. Way to go Park Avenue!

Restoration Professionals rewarded our guests with limo service that picked them up at their homes and an exclusive after party at BANK in the Minneapolis Westin with complimentary drinks and food. We hope more of our clients can join us next year!

If you are not familiar with the MADACS Awards Ceremony, it is the premier annual multi-housing event that honors professionals and associates who have made significant contributions in marketing and management through exemplary achievements. MADACS promotes and celebrates accomplishments that are positive & innovative to communities we work in and the industry itself.

This annual event is the most prestigious and popular Minnesota Multi Housing Association event and had record breaking attendance this year with over 1000 attendees.
